Why to Pack Your Bike

I am glad that it is finally getting warmer because it means time full of adventures including bike adventures. The bike has always been one of my favorite ways to stay fit and have fun in the summer, so I don’t see why things would change anytime soon.

One of the biggest challenges for me has always been taking my bike with me wherever I want to. I am not sure how about you, but I don’t like the feeling on transporting my bike attached directly to the car. I know that many other people do it, but personally I am not a fan of it. Here are some of the many reasons you might want to pack your bike:

1. Maybe you want to take it with you somewhere on holidays, maybe even on the plane, but cannot just parade with it like that. Then the only solution is to disassemble it and pack it in a box or in a suitcase. It might seem time consuming at first, but since practice makes perfect, if you will be doing it often such things will no longer be a problem for you, and as a matter of fact they will be like second nature. You just simply need to get the hang of it and then you can start taking your bike wherever you want to.

2. Another reason to pack your bike is when you want to store it in a storage facility for a little bit longer. After researching storage units near me you probably already have a rough idea where you will want to store it, so the only challenge that is left ahead of you is to pack it to make sure that it does not get damaged. It might help to take a picture of the bike before it was disassembled so that you have an easy way to compare how it looked before and after.
